First Gen Nostalgia

I grew up playing the original Red and Blue/Green versions and played the hell out of them. I've played at least one game from every generation, excluding the "side-games". [/edit]


As much as I love the original Red, Blue (or Green), and Yellow games, I felt like I had to say this. D:
Really, the Pokemon nostalgia-tards are getting on my nerves. Just because they came out first doesn't mean they're automatically the best gen. Especially once you get past the fan favorites like Charizard, [insert Eevee-loution here], Mewtwo, Vulpix/Ninetails, ect.
Granted, I'm not saying the later gens were perfect, either (I'm death-glaring right at you, Nosepass).
